So, me and my friend walked in already knowing what we wanted. The 2 guys that were at the front of house saw us walk in but didn't acknowledge us until the customer in front had left.
He then took the order but didn't acknowledge one drink we had ordered but instead gave me a vimto lollipop instead of a can of Vimto.
We then had to be asked by the 'cook' what the order was. When the food we'd 'ordered' was ready, they reluctantly gave us the actual can of Vimto after having to explain 4 times their mistake and they demanded the money.
When opening the food, it was clear the chips weren't as ordered as we'd ordered a deluxe burger with CHEESY CHIPS but no cheese was on the chips.
The overall quality and service here is diabolical and we shall not be returning

Ordered a large chicken kebab, was all dry like it had been sat for ages. Medium hot & spicy pizza, couldn’t pick it up as it fell to pieces & undercooked.
Will never eat there again, Awful!

Are your menu agents born in a barn? If you find someone's gate locked when you enter feel free to leave it the way you'd found it & not left wide open

Awful experience, do not use! If you do, don't expect any form of help or support when you have problems with your order as they will take zero accountability and try to fob you off to just eat or foodhub for a resolution.
