Flamingo's Grill House and Pizzaria

This place has improved 10 fold, I ordered the southern fried chicken burger meal and it was absolutely delicious. Hot, fresh and tasty! Will certainly be a long term customer here and have recommended to friends who has said the same as me.

I ordered fish and chips from here, the fish was literally a tescos frozen fish, that somehow they managed to over cook (there are instructions on the back of the box guys) the chips where good, but I won't be ordering from them again.

First couple of experiences was good here but recently the standards completely fell off. Delivery takes ages and when the food finally arrives it’s always wrong. I ask for a pretty standard order every time so you would think it’s quite easy but clearly is challenging for them. The last time I ordered they really messed the order up, when they came back 45 minutes later with the correct order they wanted the old order back… this is quite worrying as I hope they wasn’t planing on giving it to another customer. Staff are rude and incompetent.

Don't get confused with shops looks or decor. A real gem in kebabs and burger's. Quality

Food is really quality. So far tried the burger and it's on point. Kofta wrap is on point & the peri wrap. They tend to work mostly on deliveries so can take some time for food to arrive as they've only got 2 drivers working round the clock. Best thing is order on fone and drive down and collect. Food is really really good.

Second time the restaurant have let me down!
Please do not order from them. No apologies for the delay but rudeness and unprofessionally customer service is provided. Called twice, being told driver will be with me in 10min. Second call 24min later, still no delivery heard only excuses over my complaint, and when I said I have a 4 year young waiting for her chips he said: " Thats not my problem "! Please do not order from them, as they do not appreciate their customers!!!

Excellent doner kebab, served on naan, meat was really juicy without being greasy, the naan stayed dry until the end so was easy to make into a wrap, glad to see this place on form, really tasty, hot chips, arrived quick and not lacking quality or flavour, keep it up!
