The 2020 of pizza services!

I placed an order on 23/12/2020 after 23:00. Checked the order status: order accepted. Nothing arrived.
The next day I call up to advise about the previous nights failed order only to be rudely interrupted every time I began to answer the Essex Pizza employees question. Eventually they walked away from the phone when I was asking him to stop interrupting me for the fifth or sixth time.
It was then explained to me that the opening hours had been changed and that my order was refunded, although I would not receive it until several days later.
Had I not called up to inquire I would never have known or been contacted about the situation. The attitude of the employees was disgusting! And I didn’t even get an apology.

I’m never ordering from this train wreck of a business again.

Cheesecake came fully frozen and rock hard when it was not stated it would come frozen. Hair in chocolate pizza. Poor customer service regarding the cheesecake issue, did not mention the hair because of how unpleasant talking about the cheesecake was...

I got given the wrong food, and when I phoned up to complain the staff was all extremely rude , saying they couldn’t do anything about it , all I wanted was my mozzarella sticks and they give me some dirty battered mushrooms that my partners allergic to.

We ordered a pizza at 10.40 pm and waited until now to find out, they couldn't find our order, but when I rang 15 minutes ago, I was told its left and will be with us soon, so total lies, but they took the money and denied the order, so I'm just letting you know, I will be ringing back tomorrow and hope to speak to some-one with a better phone manner than whoever I just spoke to, who was arrogant and rude.
And told me it had left and when I phoned back and recognised his voice totally denied just telling me that it was on its way....terrible phone manner, won't be ordering again, shame because we have ordered lots previously.
And this will go on trip adviser to. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

They Have send me wrong food. They mislead customer by saying buy one get one free offer and charge but free pizza they just send whatever they like. Do not listen to customer requests.Don't even call to customer. Worst customer service. They don't apologise to customer. Would never recommend this shop to anyone..

One of the worst pizza I ever had. Day by day they are breaking there own record in meeting the worst quality. We had it yesterday and the cheese was so hard like a rubber. Even the service takes a while and then the pizza they serve is not worth the money we pay. They need a food inspection.

Only got 1star rating because I had to but deserved a minus 1 rating,needles to say I won’t be getting fleeced by these rip off merchants again.

Fantastic pizza place. Ordered several times from here and not been disappointed! Excellent selection of toppings and always flavourful. The added bonus is that it is very well priced - £10 for 20inch! Would happily recommend to anyone.
