TFC Pizza (Gloucester)

Food was over an hour late, delivery driver was so rude. Pizza went in the bin was horrible, chips looked like they was cooked a day before and reheated. Worst place ever. Hope the driver suffers in pain and dies from a nasty death he should go back to his own country with that attitude

If only no stars were an option Went in on sat night to order hot wings n chips waited 15 mins"for wings"!! Not busy at the time!!! To get home and find southern fried goujons!!!! Called as i was annoyed but they didnt give a toss

Delivery was late. Fried chicken wrap was burnt very bad! The pizza tasted awful!! I do not recommend.

Chap on call kept dropping the call and then failed to call back.

Absolutely amazing customer service. After a few issues with the neighbours trying to take our order... also came up the stairs to our block of flats no issue & really friendly manner. I don't know what was better the delivery driver or the food. 5+ from us! Thank you so much :) 10:15 23rd December 2022! Amazing. Thank you & driver especially :) x

I ordered a "Pepperoni passion" and the guy brought me a piece of dough fully loaded with onions and literally 5 pieces of pepperoni, I only tried a piece, it tasted horrible and you could smell it from a mile away. I did make the order about 30mins before they close, but if TFC didn't wanna make the pizza, just refuse the bloody order! The delivery guy was the rudest bloke I've ever seen. I specifically wrote on the delivery note for him to ring my phone, not to ring the doorbell as there are other people sleeping in the house. Guess what he did... yep, rang the doorbell... twice...

Very very poor customer service, this was my last time ordering for you lot, usually I avoid writing online reviews, however in this case, I really would like to protect other people from spending their money on a pile of onion.

Food was ok. Chips were nice, chicken and pizza average. Fairly fast delivery. My only problem is how ridiculously they're priced. Even by southern standards! They're charging prices like kfc and dominoes with food and branding like you're local naf takeaway. Overall won't return because it's just not worth the price.

Absolutely vile customer service, the driver didn’t even bother ringing the door bell. Then I rang the restaurant to be told I would have to pay a extra charge for delivery. Never in my whole life have I been talked to so distastefully. Still haven’t received anything and have not been offered a refund. I would recommend every stay away from this place. I will be taking this further.
