Best ever pizza in UK 😍!!!
We just happened to be in Tunbridge town and to look for a nice place for a fast bite ... we saw this little clean and welcoming pizza place with few tall tables and we ask if they only deliver pizza or if we can eat sitting there..
A very lovely man called Roger was looking after the till, phones calls and orders.. he welcome us in a so caring way ...he joined 2 little tables for us and took time to explain the menu and how they make the pizza and some very interesting history of the restaurant chain.
From the entrance you can see straight on the back where is the lovely typical Italian round oven where 2 chefs prepared and cooked pizzas
We are Italian and in UK our top best quality pizza has been so far from Franco Manca.. We we both agree that Firezza Pizza is now on the top 3 best pizza we ever eaten in UK 😍👍!!
The dough is very well levitated which make it very soft light and easy to digest..the tomato sauce was really tasty and covering the all pizza, the mozzarella was plenty as I love should be ( I need to ask at Franco M's always extra otherwise they put too little pieces), my mushrooms topping were amazing! My husband's capricciosa really good, maybe needed little more of Italian Parma ham and mushrooms instead of pepperoni sausage.
We had an amazing pizza experience! Super customer service! We are looking for a Firezza place near us now to enjoy your pizza again and again 😃👍👍👍

Ordered 4 vegetarian dishes. 2 were missing (main) ingredients the 3rd was the wrong dish completely - we were sent a meat dish instead of a vegetarian one, which we realised after eating it. Thanks for that. Won’t be ordering again.

Do not ofred from here, they can't cope with demand, we waiting g 1.5 hrs for a cold pizza and sent it back. Did not offer refund and stated they only have one driver and it was busy. They simply don't care

Twice ordered with the Tunbridge Wells Firezza online, and twice they called me to tell me they couldn’t complete my order and promised a full refund…. Well over 6 months and a lot of chasing I’ve had absolutely no response from the branch or anyone hire up I have tried to contact let alone my money back. Absolutely appalling especially considering the price!!!

Just an update, I emailed as requested in the response below the same day. STILL NO REPLY. I must admit I’m very disappointed yet again!

Twice we’ve ordered now and it just didn’t turn up. They tell you it’s late and offer you free garlic bread or something and then they just close at 10pm. Agree with comments below about inability to cope with demand and not enough drivers. They need to close and sort themselves out. Please do not order from here.

Not sure what has happened to this place, but the sizes seem to have now halved, and the quality has taken a bit of a nose dive too. Shame, as I used to love it! Hope they can turn it around quick or they’ll go under for sure..

So on the plus side, the food is good enough

But, just like everyone else, THE FOOD DID NOT ARRIVE. They happily took £35. Then it was impossible to find anyone to offer a refund. Its disgusting. They need to close and sort this out

Absolutely shocking, used to be good, ordered several times through just eat from here and they ALWAYS cancel the order. Service is VERY, very poor. Have no idea what's gong on. They need to close or hire new management.
