Roka Pizza Sandgate

Amazing vegan pizzas. Had had both the pesto and tomato base, equally as good as each other. The garlic roast potatoes are divine! Short wait for delicious wood-fired pizzas. Fabulous. Great discount if ordered online, too. Just a stone's throw from the beach for a lovely dinner-with-a-view. Will return many times!

Not the first time we've used Roka Pizza and it won't be the last. Pizzas are always delicious. They have a good choice of toppings, a nice thin base and they have a couple of vegan ones too, all baked in a traditional wood fired oven. We normally order online for delivery or collection, this time we collected and ate on the beach.

You know this is an awesome pizza place when they give you a free bottle opener! Well done, because I actually needed one on the pizza's arrival! 👏🏽🍕🍾

Such a lovely place, I've ordered from you guys a fair amount of times and always is perfection, even when I have ordered really late at night! The pizzas are lovely and always hot :)

I am a bit dissapointed this time though as it seems both my pizzas are slightly undone - which is a big shock for me. I would prefer to wait longer on delivery so I can get the quality I am paying for.

We ordered a takeaway margarita pizza and biscoff and oreo waffles from here on 20/7/22. The pizza was delicious! It's the best take away pizza I have ever had. Truly authentic italian pizza! The waffles were great too. I would definitely recommend Roka pizza for your take away pizza. There are lots of vegan and vegetarian options!

Quick delivery and great pizzas. And I loathe and abominate pizzas. But Roka is the exception. Yes, they are pricey but so has everything else shot up in price foodwise. The one welcome surprise was that they'd defo put more 'stuff' in, or should I say on, the pastry top. In fact mine was positively pullulating with topping. Yum. Good job all round. And null points for atmosphere coz it was a takeaway and we provided all the atmosphere required. Silence and the odd groan of pleasure. So well done Roka.

Waffle Wednesday is a good one, pizza is cooked in a stone oven. Good for pizza on the beach.

I visited my friend who has been a customer of Roka Pizza before and he suggested we get a takeaway from Roka to have on Sandgate beach.
I have to say that the food and service was phenomenal. The food was piping hot, and ready exactly when we were told.
We ordered from their brilliant app, but I also called after dinner to order pudding because the food was SO good.
I had the 12" Quattro Formaggio, Lacoste (Roast potatoes baked and then topped with parmesan) and Garlic and Mozzarella Bread.
All were perfectly cooked with delicious ingredients and we will be returning again for sure.
For dessert I had a Banoffee Waffle, which was as brilliant as it sounds. The Madagascan Vanilla Gelato that came with is was also heavenly. The ice cream was smooth, with a scrumptious vanilla taste
