One star.... Food is good. However when I order a delivery and request on delivery notes for a phone call and this doesn't get adhered to, that's bad service to start with. Continuing with this when a housemate of mine answers the door and get thrown threatening abuse and then after I get called and I reach the door to then receive additional threatening abuse (driver claimed he would be back to "teach my housemate a lesson in respect"), that's criminal and way below any service rating I could even offer. The only thing my housemate said to the driver was he didn't order it and he would ask other housemates, kindly asking the driver to wait a few seconds. Manager didn't seem to care all that much when reported on the phone. NOT ACCEPTABLE.... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I love pizza! If I’m ordering, I’ll always order from here. Bloody lovely, gorgeous and not messed my order up once! Forget dominos or Pizza Hut, this is where it’s at! 5/5 every time!

Pizza is ok.. but it turned up late, and the delivery guy wouldn’t take my change (£10 note £1 coin and £2.50 in 5p coins) this was frustrating as I had to dig out a £10 note and I can’t see why he turned his nose up at legal tender.. felt a bit rude considering it was already late.. no apology hence 2 stars from me... and probably won’t buy from again due to customer service.

Ordered on 2 for one Tuesday special, received one pizza. I phoned as this is why i ordered for the special and they said we havnt done that for a long time..perhaps that gives an idea of how shoddy the service was.
