Friendly guys who gave us a great value meal and very quickly. We got the meal deal 2, the pizza, chips and kebabs were all very good. The dough of the pizza was not too heavy and the crusts had a good consistency. Everything fresh and delicious. Recommend

I have used this kebab shop loads of time and have always been super happy with what we have had but this time I went in and ordered and witnessed the cook cutting raw chicken in half to put on the grill and then used the same knife to cut open my pitta bread and then used it again to help pick the kebab meat up to put in my pitta. Not been eaten and will not be using again after tonight!

never in my life have I been spoken to like I was tonight when ordering food , no customer service no manners just very rude ,I asked for salad on our kebab it came without I asked for a tub of garlicthsauce they put it all over the kebabs the guy taking my order screamed down the phone when I asked him to repeat my order back saying cant you understand me I'm speaking f#$$sing english ,will not be ordering from there again ,avoid at all costs

I usually don't review restaurants, unless they're really good, or really bad. Unfortunately it's the latter in this case. When I was ordering a collection, everything was fine. Not particularly tasty, but it'll do for the price (depending what you order). But then for the first time I ordered a delivery. I ordered Donner calzone (And onion rings and couple of drinks, but they were fine. Even though the drinks were disgustingly warm). And what I received was an abomination. Half of the toppings were on the top of the box. And even though I ordered calzone, it was a regular pizza in a very odd shape (it was a square with a few rounded bits), and it was cut in an equally peculiar way. I had tiny triangles, huge squares, sometimes it was just a cut away crust, sometimes something that looked like a regular square turned out to be a triangle, a square, and an oval. I made a huge mess trying to eat it. It was just falling apart every time I picked up a "piece". I would request a refund, but I just can't be arsed at this hour... Anyone giving a 5 star review for this restaurant is either delusional or has very poor standards. It was definitely last time I ordered from this restaurant.

Placed order online as one of the only places that delivered to our address. (16 minutes away)
Paid £4 for delivery
They called up and said they won't deliver that far unless I pay an extra £5 cash when delivered. I didn't feel a £9 delivery fee for my already £26 pound order... And a 16 minute drive was fair so refused to pay the extra. They cancel the order.....which was fine... no issues if thats that had been the end of it.....
They then call me up 15 minutes later saying they don't do refunds.... and I will need to contact the website I ordered from..... yet the website directed me to the shop directly to get the refund. The shop just said I should have called instead of ordering online.... 16 minutes is to far!? And hung up!
I'm from the South and here for a holiday so might be spoilt down there... but didnt think 16minutes was an outrageous time.....
I would have collected myself but dislocated a finger and can't currently drive.... just my luck haha
So I'm currently 26 pound out of pocket.... no food... and no refund....a painful finger and need to wait till tomorrow to even attempt to speak to someone to get my money back....

Was usually a very good/convenient little takeaway, but tonight I put an order through online to be paid via cash in hand and tried to explain how part of my order defaulted to tango orange instead of Fanta (the latter wasn't listed properly on their Foodhub menu) however upon trying to explain to the guy at the till he just kept repeating "you've paid for this" (I hadnt paid, I selected 'collect' and 'pay with cash') and "it's gone through the system". I asked politely if he could just run it through again, and he simply walked away with my order. 18 months of customer loyalty down the drain over a simple error they were too stubborn to sort! The £5 they missed out on however was contently spent on a Wetherspoon's pint and desert instead, def recommend😋

Worth ordering from Santorino, even if only to gaze upon the moustachioed adonis that was the delivery guy!
