Hollywood Pizza & Chicken

Food (5/10): The dough was not fresh on my last order and gave a bad stomach. Would avoid in future.

Price (Avg per head): £7/ XL pizza on collection (deal).

Service (10/10): Polite staff. I've had nothing but a good experience here.

Atmosphere/ Occasion: Run down little take away with some spaces to sit and eat.

Worst service ever. They took my payment only to tell me that I would have to wait 15 mins for more chicken to be cooked. Can't get a refund because money doesn't clear straight back to the account always takes a few days so decided to wait. Was more like 30 mins (be honest 'brothers') By the time he prepared and placed the chicken in the fryer the time on it said about 23 mins cooking time. When waiting it looked like it wasn't the most hygienic of places. No offer of extra fries or wings for the wait. The wings looked like they had been there since last year anyhow. I asked to have the fries in a separate paper bag and not in the box with the chicken. He looked annoyed with this probably because you can fit more chips in the paper bag. No barbecue sauce so I said I will just have ketchup and mayonnaise. Needless to say he gave me only yes you have guessed it only a sachet of each, i couldnt be bothered to say anything. You will get plenty of alhamdulillah and mashallah and brother this and brother that in there. But because they know that you are a brother they think they can treat you with sub-standard service. Very Munafik like behaviour. If I wasn't a brother they would have probably thrown themselves at my mercy apologising and offering me free food and anything else to rectify the situation. The standard of this place has dropped. Won't be going in there for a long time now. Will probably wait to see if it gets a new owner or something. I think they need retraining on customer service, need to be honest, need to quit the penny pinching mentality otherwise in the end I can see them running the place in the ground. Avoid this place at all costs until like I recommended there is a new owner or manager that over hauls what is currently going on. Plenty of other places nearby to choose from.

Pizza gone from £7 to £7.50 and now gone up to £9 daylight robbery. When I went in there they had one of the worked from pizza gogo in his full work gear😂 working in there as-well so unprofessional. Use to be really good and fairly priced in here but gone downhill so has the bad food quality.

I have been a customer for 10 years now and I must say the food recently has been 10/10… it is by far the best take away in West Drayton and I have tried them all!

Ordered a pizza on the phone arrived at to collect and they say they forgot to make it. Than the guy with the beard pretends to look in the pizza oven to see if its there. Pretends to check computer for order . Than pretends to look at some paper work and say no pizza ... Rather than resolve the situation they talked rudley and didnt resolve the situation. Really bad and disgusting service. Had to walk out without food and go to work. Different rude staff than previous. Really disgusted by your customer service. You could have resolved the situation instead of arguing and saying its not your fault i ordered and you forgot to make it. Just yes and no answers and i forgot go away. How rude. I am a customer for 20 years here and he says it dosent matter go away. I went to dominos and paid 8.00 for a pizza in 10mins. Here it took 35mins and no pizza and abuse instead. Please do a course on manners and customer service. You should not be serving people at all. Taking orders making customer wait and getting angry and saying you forgot is no excuse. Disgusting attitude. And customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Don’t order from this place.
I have order food from this place and they told me 40 to 45 minutes will take for the delivery. It’s been 1 and half hour and still the food is not here yet. I called the pizza shop so many times no one was picking up. After trying for like few minutes they picked up the phone and said the driver is on his way. I literally live 5 minutes from them and it’s been so long since they said the driver is on his way and yet driver is not here. They don’t even apologise for delaying my order. I don’t need free food but an decent apology would have been nice. Anyways Still waiting for the food. Maybe it’s gonna take another hour or so

This is the worst place I’ve spent my money on and the burger was raw and tastes horrible the chips were hard and didn’t taste good everything was terrible but the best thing I had was the drink and it was just a normal can of coke terrible place needs to be shut down as soon as possible
