Village Pizza (Twickenham)

Customer service is very poor, I had ordered two large pizzas for £21.99. The staff repeated after I ordered however, I got sent two extra large pizzas for £24.99. When I called the staff member asked he replied why am I making it an issue as it’s just a matter of £3 instead of apologising. For me the issue wasn’t about the money but the food being wasted. It was rude and disrespectful.

The audacity to charge almost £9.80 on potatoes wedges and onion rings

Not even that tasty and crunchy how expected

I understand that inflation happens but this is what?? 4 times more than the average price??

We’ve got meat treat with extra black olives. We absolutely love it and recommend! Everything was just perfect. We always taking pizza from there. In my opinion, the best one on the Twickenham!
Also, customer service is very polite and patient. I would love to add picture of pizza but we just ate it so quick 😅
If you looking for really nice pizza - just pop in and enjoy! ❤️

I'm surprised the reviews are quite low as its been my second time eating from here even though I work next to them. Lunch deal is good and so are the chicken wings I ordered as a side. Always greeted with a smile.

Got food poisoning, not offered a refund, simply a free pizza when the amount of the order cost over £30. Definitely won’t be ordering again. Cheers

Biggest scame it says Sunday to Tuesday buy one get one free and now it changed to Monday to Tuesday. Shame on you

Literally can't order without including a carrier bag. No idea what the food is like. Typical green washing greed. This company has no interest in the environment, just focused on greed and ripping customers off. Absolutely no need for food to come in a plastic bag, this is purely a revenue grab. Vile people!!

Lunch time deal is great £4 for a small pizza drink and some garlic bread
