SAFS Takeaway

Terrible. Ordered a kebab with lettuce and raw cabbage came instead. Phoned to complain and apparently it's written on their app, it's definitely not. I was told there was a shortsge of lettuce. The chips were cold but apparently they left 'quite hot' and we're only 4 minutes away.
When asked what they would do to rectify the situation they offered a free kebab next, which I declined as I won't be going back so I asked what else and they hung up. Great service.

Total disgrace!! Food took 1hr 30 mins to be delivered when the app said 45mins, When it arrived the food was cold, stale and disgusting, Look at the state of the fries!

This isn’t the first time it’s happened, the last time I ordered it took nearly 2 hours for the food to come and again was cold and when I called up, the guy thought I was lying literally laughed down the phone! They don’t care, as long as they got their money!

I use to order a lot from here and food was always nice but the last 6 months it’s just got worst and worst!

This place doesn't know how to correct their mistakes.

Placed an order on just eat and it arrived in good time, but an item was missing. I called up, and the takeaway contacted the delivery driver who said he would be back in 3-4 minutes.

10 mins later, they still hadn't come back. So I called again, was left on hold for 5 minutes before being told the driver was really only 4 minutes away this time.

10 minutes pass again, and still no sign. Mistakes happen, but when they do companies should do their best to fix it rather than making it worse.

Lovely food, really pleased will definitely recommend to friends and family. Great service.

AWFUL!!! Delivery arrived late, wrong order and even when the driver came back to sort it (not her fault), parts of the order was still missing. Not only that, but by the time I received my food, it was cold and tasted disgusting. I requested a refund but never got it… would not recommend. Overall poor quality!!!!!!!

Seekh kebab was nice, top marks for the delivery driver, sound guy and unlike the other reviews my order came early. Now onto the bad parts… this meal was a lot like my ex, soggy, greasy, and the chicken burger tasted like fish. Also the Donner kebab meat tasted like washing up liquid from Poundland. I’m praying that me and my toilet won’t be on a first name basis in roughly 3 hours.

Food came on time nice and hot food was absolutely delicious love safs will always use them. Will 100% recommend the meat feast pizza with sausage and stuffed crust. Also the double trouble kebab deal, tandoori chicken kebab is to die for.

Had not ordered from Safs for a couple of years due to having a bad experience with the food in the past.
I decided I would give it another try but to find out it’s still the same. The burger was slap dash thrown together, soggy bun, dry chicken. And the chips were disgusting, tasted liked they’d be cooked 10 times, very chewy and semi warm.
Such a shame coz they offer s good range of food, and are open until late.
You can just tell there’s no care taken in the food at all. I will most definitely will not be opting for a pot noodle next time!
