Papas Pizza & Kebab

Took 10mins to get the phone answered to be told I'm lying about my food being delivered. I've had it 15mins and it's stone cold the minute I opened the box. Trying to argue and say I've had food longer. Mmm nah... lost a customer...cyahh

Appalling service. 2hrs to deliver, no apology, phone lines constantly busy, wrong drink, order was wrong, kebabs swimming in grease, cold as it’s an hour later than should have been, and you can’t complain as you can’t get through. Delivery driver unapologetic just said ‘busy mate, really busy’. Shocking, will never use again!!!

The service was as good as the reply to my review. None existent and over a year to acknowledge my comments. If I could give less stars, I would as 1 star is 1 too many.

Order never arrived. Resturant lied to deliveroo and said it did however I have solid evidence that it did not. Will not communicate regarding this just aggressive. Will be escalating this

I've been in and order My food and told them no salad on my kebab when I first ordered it . Then after waiting 10 mins to get my food . I drive back and then open my food to find out that my kebab is cover in onions and I'm allergic to them . They don't listen to you and even use the wrong sauce on your food I asked for bbq and its hot sauce don't use them as they won't listen even if you tell them and it's printed out infront of them .

Over priced over cooked and overtime. Not impressed. First time customer. Ordered by phone. I was told it would be 15 minutes. Arrived to collect my order only to be ignored by everyone in the shop. Finally got someone's attention and surprise surprise. My food order hadn't even been started. So 40 minutes later and having spent over £45 I left with my food. Got home to feed the troops and have to say it just wasn't what I was expecting. The pizzas we're all burnt and over cooked. This will be the last time we go here.

I'm not a pizza person, but to be able to create your own is a brilliant option. The pizza was delicious, was delivered when they said it would. I also had the chilli dip with hot wings which was amazing ..... definitely ordering again
