Perfect Pizza

Absolutely awful service....they are so rude, can't believe that this kind of service even exists in his day and age. Also they are unhygienic in their practices....will never be ordering a pizza from here again.

Been getting our pizza here for years. Always tasty. BOGOF good value for money. Always collect so not sure what delivery is like.
At present they are having a refit it Queen Street so temporarily in King Street with Favourite Chicken.

Awful experience, poor service and very rude staff. It took them nearly an hour to prepare 1 pizza that too for collection. Never going again. Instead of being apologetic showed arrogance.

Absolutely disgusting hardly any toppings just cheese what is greasy and meat don't taste nice at all staff are Rude

today I ordered a cheese and tomato pizza and then they sent an uncooked base. I called them twice but they haven’t picked picked the call. Unfortunately it’s the worst pizza I’ve ever received from 𝖯𝗂𝗓𝗓𝖺 𝖯𝖾𝗋𝖿𝖾𝖼𝗍.

I’ve always ordered pizza from perfect pizza but yesterday was the worst experience ever. There was a lady who I have never spoken to before who took the call and she was so rude. I was sent a meatfeast pizza with no ham just pepperoni. When I called back and sent them a photo too she was arguing with me. Wouldn’t admit she was in the wrong or apologise. When I asked to be put through to the manager she said he will call me back and put the phone down. They have now lost a loyal customer. Food gone down and worst customer service.
