Firezza Pizza - City / Liverpool street

We Ordered pizza for delivery, it took 2 hours.... arrived cold and under cooked hardly any topping also very doughy, the worst pizza we have ever tasted, even the wedges were raw and the garlic and herb sauce was thick like butter it was sickly with too much garlic!!!!!
We enjoyed the bottle of diet coke

Delivery time was 10 mins longer than quoted which isn't really an issue, however the tracker on their website did not work. Delivery driver was nice.

As for the food the wedges were a bit burnt on one side of them, and the garlic dip like the other review of this restaurant was really strong with the garlic and had more of a buttery / cold consistency than a dip should be really.

Garlic bread was chewy and there wasn't much garlic, or rosemary for that matter. I've loved Firezza garlic bread from other branches but this was just a bit disappointing.

Pizza was decent, we tried their new pizza options and I was pleasantly surprised.

However, coming to the most important point, they forgot to send the tiramisu I ordered and when I called them back about it they were a little clueless and I had to suggest they send me another. Won't be ordering again sadly, I wish that it was as good as other branches I've tried.

Wonderful selections of pizza and toppings, if you wanted to venture off piste the create your own is a wonderful option. The decor is trendy and instagramable and you get a real bang for your buck! The service was fantastic! Thank you Jay!

Fantastic food and amazing customer service.
Special mention to both Andre one of the managers whom I think has left, and Jay one of the delivery drivers whom both went out of their way to rectify some minor mistakes that were made on a couple of previous orders.

My colleague Craig ordered pizza for one of our events, our order was cancelled last minute with no warning and no updates on the website. When I called the first time, the person on the phone told me coldly the order was on the way before hanging out on me.
When I called back, I was told the order we did weeks ago was cancelled despite it being not shown on the website without a single apology... We had to insist to get a confirmation of the cancellation with a manager that had didn't hide we were annoying him when we're the one left with no food for our 100 guests party... 30 minutes after THEY were supposed to deliver said food.

Very disappointing service, communication and management. I do not recommend.

The front of house was really lovely & our server was very attentive and friendly. The cocktails were good, and starters were nice but quite slow. Mains were what was the main issue: the pasta carbonara came lukewarm at best, and did not live up to expectations and was extremely watery. The wrong pizza came for my friend, who ordered a vegetarian margarita but had a veggie pizza come to the table. They resolved this politely but slowly, and ultimately the speed was far too slow - considering we were the only 2 people in the restaurant. We were left waiting quite a while to pay, and ended up going to the bar to pay our bill to leave. Would not rush back to visit.

I went here last night for my son's eighteenth birthday, we had a fabulous time. We had pizza's which were very tasty. The staff were very friendly and I will definitely return.

Terrible 90 mins delivery time twice don’t answer the phone.. ordered twice quoted 30 min delivery time waited 90 mins tried to contact by phone for 30 mins but they ignored my phone calls soo I was left waiting with no pizza idea when it was arriving .. gave them a second chance and exactly the same thing happened… avoid unless you want wait hours for your delivery
