I popped in for a chicken burger, fries and drink which they were promoting in their window. The guy asked if I wanted it spicy then told me that it would be 15 minutes. Although, he was more interested in chatting with his friends than taking my order. I queried the wait and was told that it was being cooked fresh.
Guess what he handed me 15 minutes later......? A chicken pizza! When I asked for the error to be corrected I was told to "try the pizza, it's tasty". Well, I order a lot from you guys online. You've just lost a customer......is that "tasty" enough for you?

I ordered just a pizza with a drink and was very disappointed with the 1 hour 20 minute wait, since I ordered at 17:50 and recieved at 19:10 . I asked him why it took so long, and received a sarcastic response, saying it pretty much wasn't late at all, when it clearly was. The pizza I ordered felt warmish, not hot, but I accepted it then. The total cost was £13.14 from which I payed with a £20 note, he then tells me I would be short changed by 10p which isn't much, but due to the long wait and the response I got from questioning it, I didn't feel it was right. I asked him for the correct change and was asked for the 14p difference if I wanted to have the correct change. Since I did not have the 14p he wouldn't give the correct amount. I argued about it with him and after going around in a loop I just told him to take the food back as I wasn't satisfied with the whole ordeal. after that, I felt it was in my right to call the branch and make a complaint, from which I got a ignorant response and then he hung up on me. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and overall respect they gave me. Listen to the other reviews and AVOID! Perfect Pizza. Thank you.

Feeling really disappointed with "restaurant" Previously never had any problem but yesterday ordered the menu for a single person and after an hour the delivery man came without the pizza! He just apologise and told me he will return and I must call the shop so I called them and they said yeah the pizza is on the way after 2h I was still waiting so call back then they just said oh sorry we are so busy will go soon I told them I was waiting almost 2 h then the guy just hung up on me Such a liar person the one who pick up the phone 😡😡 After 3hr sent an email to the delivery man asking where is my pizza which I didn't get any response very bad customer service NEVER EVER I know I lost my £14 already but really upset with this I already make the complaint without any solution 😡

Harsh reviews! Here are my GENUINE comments... Food-wise, they are bloody amazing, hot and dazzling with flavor - especially the Peri Peri Wrap. Presentation of food is superb. Prices are generously decent, I had to blink twice to make sure I wasn't in heaven!

I don’t like to write comments but I must say food quality was phenomenal. Delicious flavour and well cooked pizza. It was delivered before time, super-hot with outstanding presentation. I just love it. I would highly recommend this pizza place. I am definitely going to order from this shop again. Thumbs up!

Ordered a large pizza with varities of topping for home delivery recently. The service was excellent and the pizza was delivered on time by their very friendly staff. The taste was scrumptious and spicy pizza was just perfect for this cold weather! Get ordering! Would certainly order again. Thank you!

Honestly the best take away pizza I’ve ever had, up there with dominos. Wings and both spicy cheese things were on point, and the nuggets. All in all 12/10. Don’t believe the 2.5 star average that was before my review. This is a establishment that pleases the people, and the people are pleased.
