Zagros Pizza

This is probably one of the better pizza shops in Leicester. They have a huge variety of pizzas - meat feat is one of my favourites. They do offer other food options besides pizzas such as burgers, kebabs etc. However, in my opinion if you come here stick to their pizzas.

I've had their chicken kebabs, and chicken fillet burgers in the past, but on both occasions I wasn't impressed as the cooking of the chicken wasn't quite cooked through.

Great Pizzas, stick to their pizzas, their chips are good too!

Visited the store yesterday had to wait 30 mins for my pizza and garlic bread which I ordered with fresh green chillies. Had to ask the person why my order was taking to long as the people that came same time as me and after me got there orders i think they forgot me! Pizza gave the whole family a upset tummy, and garlic bread with fresh green chillies came as a dough with cheese on top. First n last time never again

Terrible customer service the guy on the fone can't take orders properly and blaming the customer trying to say customer is wrong and he is right he has attitude problem i think and threatening to put the phone down repeated the order twice on the phone and kept saying I ordered one not 2 even though I repeated few times and still got it wrong time to avoid this place always trying to say they are right and customer is wrong second time got order wrong

Halal Amazing pizzas and everything is tasty. Ordered multiple times and always food has been freshly prepared. No complaints ever. Pizzas are out of this world and burgers are also fresh. Cheap in price but best in quality.

Horrible store. When we call they don't answer and staff is rude. When we complain about food they don't listen and are rude. Food is over baked or dry. The French fries were dry. One of the French fries wasn't baked. Salad is nice but everything else need sorting out. I don't recommend this shop if you want pizza. So please improve things and answer calls.

Zagros gave me and my family excellent service. The young lady who took my order made our food she was the best . May you be successful ameen .

I have been here a number of times from Nottingham, travelled all the way to its location in Leicester. The first time we entered we were skeptical about the quality and quantity of food. To our delight the food was really good. Nice staff, delicious food😋

Highly unprofessional. I made a phone order, my husband went there to collect, told the guy at the till that, the guy at the started making a new order, then was told they don't accept card payment. So my husband comes back, then eventually we get a call saying our order is ready, we then go back to collect it, bring it home and there is no chilli sauce on the burgers when we asked for it. Absolute shambles, avoid.
