Food Stop

Awful! Food took 1hr20 to arrive. I rang after 50 minutes and was told that the driver had left which was unlikely since it took a further half hour. When it arrived, the food was barely warm and they got my order wrong. Wasn't even a nice pizza after when we'd heated it up! Pretty disappointing!

Absolute disgrace. My daughter ordered a pizza and a lamb done which hadn't arrived after an hour of waiting. She phoned to see where it was only to be told that the driver had waited outside for half an hour after ringing the intercom and phoning several times and had then returned the food to base. The manager was extremely rude and said they would not remake the food or give a refund but would send the food out again. Needless to say it turned up cold. Now they've lost a good customer.

My friend who runs the fox and Flowerpot always orders from you and he added a order for me and my boyfriend.
Simple 2 lamb shish separate salad and chili sauce.
To start .... salad wasn't separate and was watery which made the Kebab cold and pitta wet and soggy.. Inedible. No chilli sauce. And kebab was undercooked and was soggy. Obviously not cooked on a chargrill or even flat grill as kebabs should be. . Disgusting attempt at a kebab. Will not use again

First time ordering, never again! My kebap was the worst thing I've ever tasted. The lamb shiesh was like dry liver patte and the chicken was almost orange and soggy. Everything was soggy and the salad was disgusting. The kids were also complaining about there meals and put them in the bin, thanks for ruining our Christmas eve.

Very disappointed, will not be using Food stop again.
We ordered through Just Eat at 13:00 to be delivered at 17:30 for when my daughters arrived.
At 16:30 the delivery driver leaves it on the door step knocks and run!
We called Foodstop and said the delivery is an hour early, the delivery driver was sent back to collect, as it was no good to us at that time.
Before sending it back I marked every box with a X.
17:45 it re arrived in exactly the same boxes, I immediately called Food Stop and said this was unacceptable, the person on the other end of the phone was very irrate insisting it was all fresh food and if I didn't believe him he would send photos to prove it!
I was getting no where with his attitude, we opened up the food which was extremely soggy and nasty! It had obviously been kept warm for over an hour to be re delivered.
We have gone through Just Eat for a refund as the staff member at the shop was as vile as his was, we attempted the food but threw almost all of it away.
£59.84 worth of order in the bin.
Totally unacceptable!

WARNING !!! HEALTH HAZARD. . DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE. At ur own risk .health and safety should really look at this place. Its shocking. I ordered a chicken shish lamb shish in shop. And should have clocked that a guy was using scissors to cut up meat and put on a tray then into a pizza oven. CRAZY. these guys should be shut down asap. B4 someone gets killed. This is no fake review .

Not good!! !! Extremely rude!! On phone. I placed an order through deliveroo and got the 3 burger combo for my family, at the top it says would you like single or quarter pounder, we selected quarter pounder option then selected our 3 burgers then paid. The order was quickly cancelled so i called up to ask why this was. The man (if you can call him that) was Extremely rude and shouting down the phone that i selected 4 burgers he was very angry and was very defensive when i told him that the app makes you selected what option you want.

All in all i wont be ordering from this "restaurant" ever again.as i would prefer to order from someone who values their customers,

Ordered through just eats. Arrived within the allocated time slot. Very hot and fresh and not greasy in the slightest. Was wrapped in foil to keep warm. Great value for money.
