Domino's Pizza - Addlestone

The best part of my experience was that the deliveryman was a very pleasant chap.

Unfortunately, that's all I can say, because the pizza itself was awful. It tasted bad, the double decadence crust is the most un-pizza-like pizza I think I've ever tasted, and in the simplest of terms the following day left me feeling very ill with the pizza being the only unusual thing in my diet in the last 2 days.

I cannot recommend this Domino's at all.

Customer service needs proper please and thank you. But to be honest to them, they’re a very busy store in my opinion. They have a great deal. Order online and pick up from the store to get an extra same size pizza free!

50min wait, for pizzas to arrive wrong.
Does anyone know how to cut a pizza at Dominoes pizza?
My wife asked for no mushrooms as she is allergic to them, pizza arrived with mushrooms and also jalapeño peppers and an olive that wasn't supposed to be on the pizza.
An hour after everyone had finished eating my wife was still waiting for her pizza to arrive.
After ringing and being hung up on she got through only to be told to wait longer.
Over two hours and she is still waiting.
We have had similar problems before but this is the last time.
We will not be ordering from here again.

Slow delivery , cold food , had a text saying it had left took 30mins when I only live 4mins away and paid the £2 delivery charge if you can’t do it don’t allow online bookings!

Terrible service took my money then said they don't deliver to me then to get laughed at and hung up on

Wish I had checked google reviews. Everyone seems to be suffering the same b0llox as one another.
Ordered a pizza and x2 sides. Pizza came but no sides. Delivery man said to keep hold of the pizza he’d go back and fetch the wings. We told him to swivel and take the pizza back and come back with a fresh order with everything we ordered. Rang the store to double check explained the situation to a young girl who worked there. Kept clicking me off on hold said they couldn’t do a fresh pizza told them then to refund me fully - would you take a pizza that’s sat in a car for nearly an hour? Asked to speak to manager she said why she had been talking to him about this I said good well I’m the customer so I am clarifying it with him. Came on phone he was clueless about it. So she lied. I had to explain everything again. He offered a half refund but stil no fresh pizza lol. So my husband took over and said a whole new order fresh otherwise you get a formal complaint. Now we are waiting in hope we get that!!

I wish I vould give no stars. Waited 40 mins after receiving a text to say its left dominos. Paid £2 deliver and was cold. We are less than 2 miles away. We will not be ordering from there again

Awful service. Waiting for an hour. Calling them and they say the driver has left just 5 minutes ago. Disappointing service. Lesson learned. Never again. They have just lost 4 cuatomers tonight.
