Milano Pizza

Absolutely perfect! Been ordering pizza from them since we moved to Knaphill. Every Friday is pizza night! In August we went on holiday and I advised our house-sitter to order pizza from them. He's still talking about, how fantastic it was! And he is a fussy eater! We've been delivered the wrong pizza once (and since my autistic son wouldn't eat anything else but the meatball special, I had to get another one), but when I called them, they sent the right one right away for no extra charge!

I have been a long time customer of Milano Knaphill, manager recognises my voice and places usual order, normally order over the phone,manager explained,tonight I would have to order online which I'm not familiar with. I placed my order then realised I had forgotten a couple of items. Called the shop to explain my mistake and the manager had already adjusted my order. Wow,that's what you call customer service. Well done 👏

I Ordered a pizza

I called back saying they gave wrong pizza.

A young girl (aged 17 approx) took my order and apologised saying come back to store or wait 1 hour for a new pizza.

I said look this time il keep this pizza just give me a discount next time. She said ok.

I called back 4 days later to talk to an Asian man, I explained everything he said ‘sorry nothing mentioned in notes’ can’t give discount.

I said last Thursday a young girl took my order when she’s in ask her she will remember what happened. He rudely replied ‘ I don’t know what girl this is’.

Long story short I’m a loyal customer he was implying I’m a liar and didn’t acknowledge the young girl working there.

However after being rude he did offer £2 discount.

my case is that why argue when I gave specific dates and times of my order (to check properly) and why upset a loyal customer accusing them of being a liar over £2?

This is how they deal with loyal customers.

If you get a wrong pizza or something missing from your order good luck as they will point blame at you and make it very difficult to get a refund.

We recently discovered Milano Pizza based on a recommendation - what a great find. The pizza is flavourful and great value. Fast delivery yet hot and fresh - one really cannot ask for much more. Great work, Milano Pizza team - don't change a thing!

Part of my order was forgotten but the lady and team were so friendly and got the rest of my order delivered to me before I'd even finished my first slice of pizza! Can't fault them! Delicious as always!

Always fantastic pizzas. Non greasy and great value. I never eat Dominos or Pisa Hut over a Milano Pizza.

The only thing I could say that was wrong with this order... is that the coke wasn't cold🤣 other than that brilliant
