Domino's Pizza - Guildford

Domino's never fail me, pizzas were still hot and crispy as always after got it delivered. Side chickens were alright tho, bbq chicken would be my fav so far, followed by chicken stick. Chocolate-orange cookies were better than my expectation. So all great, these were so satisfied me.

Some of the best pizzas made by some of the bestest & hardest workers. A beautiful dominos franchise, big up to Peter, Jonathan, Alfie & all of the crew behind the scenes giving consumers happiness. You've made my life a very content one with all the delicious pizzas you've served me. P.S. you will find polite, competent, adept employees who deliver exceptional customer service at this particular franchise so please ignore the haters. One Love ☮️💚🌏🌟

They really take their time...waiting time over 1 hour and 50 minutes. They will say that your delivery is on the way when it's not and you'll get a soggy pizza.

Normally good but the past two orders the pizzas have been 30 minutes late and cold. Try a different franchise.

A great place to get pizza. Some times it takes a few minutes longer than they say it will be but other than that everything is good. Tasty Domino's pizza.

First of all I would like appreciate the food. It was delicious as usual. But I have given low rating because of the delivery. We are being charged for delivery and is said to be door delivered and contact free. The delivery person kept the pizza in some flat two buildings away from me and called that it's at your doorstep and cut the call. It happened even with the delivery instructions to find the flat were clearly mentioned. When I called him back to say it's not there and the way to to come, he asked me to come to some common point. Then why are you guys charging for delivery. But finally I asked him to come my block and got the pizza. I am very much disappointed the delivery service.

I am currently sat in my car waiting for my pizzas which had already been delivered.... Cold!!! We ordered on the app and all seemed well. The app informed us the pizzas had been delivered, but no! So we rang the shop to be told the app is sometimes ahead of delivery and to give I 5 minutes. 10 minutes later and whilst on the phone for the second time the driver rocks up. This was over 40 minutes from order. I check the pizzas, only just warm so I sent them back.
Third time on the phone, we're told they will remake them and collect in 15-20 minutes. So I head out to collect, I arrive and they give me back the very same pizzas that had been delivered 🤣🤣🤣 to be told that the manager said they were hot... what a joke.
After a stand off with the manager who's attitude stinks he finally agreed to remake the pizzas. No offer of a refund not even for delivery charges.
I will now get my pizzas and finish my rant later.

Horrible pizza! Sent out another one and it’s worst than the first one. Don’t bother ordering from here it’s a waste of money. Store manager is also rude and nonchalant. London does it best!
