Peppers Grill

Had normally great service and food, unfortunately it has gone down hill. With social distancing the driver ignored all rules and grumbled. Boss apologised as saw feedback given (not found on their website) tried again 3 weeks later same driver same issues and food not as good as normal. Yet again boss apologised after seeing feed back but unlikely to use again.

Usually enjoy the food we order, but tonight was disappointing. Garlic bread with cheese, was just bread with cheese, no garlic had been anywhere near it. My spicy kebab, which was supposed to have onions and peppers on it, had 2 of the smallest pieces of pepper, and the onions on it were the salad onion I had requested. The Pepperoni pizza wasn't great either to be honest, husband thinks the order had been rushed, even though we ordered it at 6.50pm to be delivered at 8.10pm. I hope this is just a one off, bad experience.

Do not use this outlet. Arrogant and clueless staff. If you want to be treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer then this is the place for you. Personally - never again.

Ordered dinner for the family today a cheeseburger meal, garlic bread, chicken tikka on naan and a kobeda kebab on nan. Instead of a kobeda on naan I recieved seekh kebab on nan which tasted good but not what I ordered.

It's always easy to have a moan and they say bad news always travels faster than good when doing a review....tonight's mixed chicken 'n' donna ,chips red salt and garlic bread with cheese was delicious

Haven't ordered from them for a couple of years due to missing and late delivery so thought we'd give them another try. Sadly nothing has changed. Ordered food at 5.45, delivered within 30mins, however salad box and garlic Mayo wasn't in the delivery. Called straight away and was told it would be here very soon, after several phone calls 2 hours later still not received. What annoys me is that we paid for this & stupidly gave a tip to the driver 😡

I’m a trucker staying in the area overnight. Ordered food and it was delivered in less than thirty minutes. I got my address slightly wrong yet the delivery driver found me, he was very pleasant. The food is excellent, hot , very tasty and a really good portion size. Thank you guys it’s appreciated.

Cheesy garlic bread, spicy doner, chicken and lamb kebab it was that good I didn’t use my sauce
