every order has been perfect. anybody that says Herbies Pizza in Henley is bad is a liar.
there is only ever good friendly service from the staff.
there is no excuse to leave a bad review for the best pizza shop around.

Herbies Henley thank you! We recently moved back to town after a decade living in NY, USA. Never thought we would find pizza as good as we had there but we were delighted to discover this gem!!

Absolute shambles. I ordered online at 4:42pm (I have an email receipt), for a delivery at 7pm. Nothing happened, so I called them at 7:40pm and they promised that it was on its way. At 8:30, I called again, and they'd still not even started making it.
I cancelled the order and agreed a refund, and yet they still tried to deliver the pizzas at 9:25pm. Unbelievable. More than 4 1/2 hours after the order.
Please. If you're busy, just be honest will your customers.

We went and got the lunchtime special with 2 toppings. I have pepperoni and BBQ chicken and my apprentice had sausage and pepperoni. The flavour was ok but the toppings were very minimal. Granted it was a lunchtime special. But it might aswell of been just a cheese and tomato pizza.

Turned up over an hour late freezing cold. Phoned the store the man on the other end of the phone was absolutely no help. I got told no long than 15 minutes 30 minutes later still no food ring back get told 7 minutes 20 minutes later still no food ring back again for the gentleman man to tell me what do you want me to do like I was the problem. Managers just phoned me back told me to apply for a refund through just eat and then had the audacity to ask me for top review on the app. Terrible service all round

Average pizza at best. Thick and oily, not enough tomato, flavourless toppings and too much cheese. Service is OK, delivery is fast, however I noticed on the Food Standards Agency website that the restaurant has a 2-star food hygiene rating, so we will definitely not be returning.
