King Kebab And Pizza

Ordered food after a night out and my friend was charged £99. Luckily she noticed and pointed it out several times and was told it said 99p (when our meal was £9.99). After showing both the receipt and phone alert several times he finally agreed it said £99 and said he didn't know how to give a refund. My friend showed him on the card machine and asked him to put in the supervisor code which apparently no one had and after lots of arguing he agreed to give us £90 in cash and then proceeded to be extremely rude. If it was an accident and a refund was given immediately fair enough but no doubt thought he could overcharge 2 drunk girls on a night out in town and we wouldn't notice, avoid going here as staff are atrocious.

I have been to every pizza place in Chesterfield and this is absolutely the best one. Every single time without fail they bring hot, beautiful food and it tastes amazing. The last few times I've ordered they have showed up within 20 minutes, the delivery drivers are respectful and polite and the staff at the shop have brilliant customer service skills. Would absolute recommend

Absolute dreadful service. Ordered a mixed kebab and chips to take away. Got home to a bag of revolting chips and three pieces of kebab meat and charged £12.00

Food never arrived, I rang to ask where it was and he said my order had been sent to a different address and there was nothing they could do about it, very poor customer service!

The food I was offered came out within 30 seconds. It was cold and inedible. I returned the food to the counter and was instantly verbally attacked using the F word on multiple occasions. I asked them to be reasonable and explain their opinion. However I was then confronted by 4 men, one with a knife and told to get the F out of their shop. I offered them my contact details in the form of a business card which they through on the floor and spat on. I tried talking with the elder gentleman who also verbally attacked me. The treatment I received at this establishment was at a criminal level and I will be reporting to the police.

Amazing service, warm food and affordable price for great quality food and 5 star hygienic. Food is ready within 5 minutes and is a great stop for a nice enjoyable meal!

1 hour into the order I rang (stated 45 mins delivery). Was told another 45 mins delivery. I started to try and explain I had a 5 year old and it was getting late- he put the phone down. I rangback again and asked if he would cancel the the order- he put the phone phone. What a circus act! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE!
