Three Chef's

Fantastic food at a great price. I've been a customer for over 8 years now and not once have they disappointed.

The staff are very friendly and happy to cater for any food allergies which is great for the Mrs as she is a coeliac.

The portion sizes are definitely generous, and 99% of the time they deliver way before the estimated delivery time given.

I've been eating from Three Chefs frequently for almost a year - their food has always been well worth the price and their delivery was always on time or even early.

Last time I went for a collection, despite having it set for 10PM + a note, pre-ordered maybe two hours before, they didn't even start making it. This was forgivable.

Yesterday we ordered at about 7:30 for 9PM delivery, 9:15 at the latest. It was a small order, two meals (burger and kebab). Nothing at 9:30. I called, they said it hasn't left the shop yet and it'll be out next. We waited for 15 minutes, still no meal, I called again at 9:45 - "it's on its way". Five minutes went by, no food. We went to KN Peri Peri Grill instead and got three burgers, it took less than 20 minutes. Three Chefs arrived close to 10PM but we didn't pay for it and they took it back.

This wasn't the delivery man's fault - it's Three Chefs' poor management as they said they hadn't even sent it out for delivery. The guy on the phone couldn't say anything but "it's on its way". There wasn't any explanation, so if they can't send their food out on time they've wasted their own time because nobody is obliged to pay for late food.

AVOID if you don't like your food being over half an hour late with no communication. If you try it, pay with cash and not card or your food is basically held hostage.

UPDATE: I've had a really unfortunately bad experience recently and have decided to change my review.

NEW REVIEW: Despite my previously positive experience as highlighted below, I've recently had my food delayed by half an hour. This doesn't sound like too much of a problem, but consider this: I preordered my food 2.5 hours in advance for a preorder around 9pm (between their delivery slot of 8:45pm to 9:15pm. I thought "okay they're probably busy" and waited until 9:15. Still nothing, so we called and they said "it's ready and leaving the shop". They weren't exactly far from us, maybe half a mile. Another 15 minutes go by and we call again and they reply with "it's on its way", to which we responded saying that if it's not here in the next 5 minutes then just cancel it.

Surprise surprise, it arrives 10 minutes later, over half an hour late! This is new for Three Chefs, because they've ALWAYS been on time, sometimes early and occasionally a few minutes late, but that's not a problem. I have a feeling they're under new management or something because I know the owner takes pride in his business and he manages it really well. This is just some strange situation I've had the past Friday night.

OLD REVIEW:All round best place to get burgers or a kebab in Worthing.

I used to order from here every two weeks, alternating between here and another takeaway. Recently my alternate takeaway has let me down with something, so now I'm ordering from here weekly!

The burgers are juicy, full of flavour, and huge! The chips have always been not too crispy but not too soft - just right for a weekend meal. The kebab meals are well worth the price, which is already very reasonable!

I've only had positive experiences with Three Chefs. Their delivery is always on time, and their drivers have been friendly and quick with their service. Overall excellent representation for the takeaway.

Overall, Three Chefs is one of my two favourite places to get burgers. Would I order from here again? Of course!

We have used Three Chef's several times now and each time the food has been fantastic, on time a great value for money. The delivery guy is super friendly and it's really easy ordering via the Just Eat App. Highly recommended 👍

Bit hit and miss with the Pizzas tonight, sadly.
Ordered a cheese and tomato pizza with tuna, got two as it was buy one, get one free, but look at the difference between them? the one on the left was perfect, the one on the right? Like cardboard, dry as anything and way over cooked. Ended up in the bin I'm afraid.

AMAZING!!!!! Never been here before but heard good things so thought I'd try it. The salad was so fresh (no slimy cucumber or dried out tomato😃). The lamb was REALLY tasty and the chilli sauce was the BEST I've ever had in the area and REALLY HOT so go carefully! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't moan if it's too hot for your own taste, otherwise we'll end up with yet another "anglicized" takeaway that serves watered down food because someone doesn't like foreign ingredients in foreign food🙄.

Just the best Shish kebab EVER. Try it dry with the chilli sauce, you will not be disappointed.
