Tasty Bitez

Cannot rave about this place enough. Always great guys, food service is quick, delivery times sometimes a little long as they're always understandably busy but always worth the wait. Great pizza, great kebabs and great deals too. Two 12" pizzas, 2x chips, garlic bread, 10x chicken nuggets, several onion rings, coleslaw and a bottle of drink for 24.99. cannot be beaten for a family meal in 👍

Awful customer service. Happy to replace you meal and drive 3 miles to do so. after being put on hold 3 time to thdem be told we made a mistake we will replace food in 1 hour. But they won't drive out to pick up food and give a refund. We have to wait til 6 pm the next day to talk to a manager first before a refund but were happy to replace food

They are listed on Foodhub app which said they deliver to my area where I'm staying with min order of £12. My order came to £19 & I paid on my card on Foodhub. Tasty Bitez then call me & said they can't deliver to me for a £19 order, but they are still listed on Foodhub???
I asked about my refund & they didn't give me a clear answer, & on Foodhub it says to contact the restaurant for the refund???

We ordered from here a few days ago. I am very fussy but nothing was too much trouble for Tasty Bitez. Great food,great service!!

Brilliant food! On holiday for a week in a air bnb and always struggle to find a random take away that’s actually good. This place has been the best on are travels so far. Thanks for the grate food!

Ordered whilst on holiday.. turned way early than they said, didn't ring to say they were here just left us without food

Wow just wow! Hands down best take away pizza I've ever had boiling hot food and very polite staff. Will return when in high bridge again. Thoroughly enjoyed it 😋

Chucked my food at my door and didn’t bother ringing the bell/knocking the door so I had no idea they’d even been until it had been sat there an hour, absolutely freezing cold and totally wrong anyway, contacted them and they refused to refund me so straight in the bin and a total waste of money with absolutely awful customer service. Worse and worse as time goes by I really wouldn’t waste your money.
