Mega Munch

Never again, food was very bad. All burnt an very dry, ordered large cod fillet but there was barely any fish in there. Very disappointed.

Worst food i have ever tasted in my entire life.
the £22 kebab feast was a pure waste.
chicken smelled funny.
Lamb was disgusting, with a raw flavour and chewy texture.
kofte kebab was even worse, chewier than a piece of rubber. Had to spit it out.
the wings were the worst, gummy gooey texture inside with black looking intestines and dark meat, very strong smell of chicken that had not been stored properly.
Eating half of a wing gave me a stomachache that i strongly feel as i am typing this.
Chips were horrendous, full of burnt black bits of batter, with a strong vinegary smell that was quite unpleasant.
I was not brave enough to try one of the chips due to the repelling smell.
On top of everything even a simple salad was bad.
warm salad, warm tomatoes, warm onion.
All with an almost aldente texture, too soft for anyone’s liking i’m assuming.
Horrible horrible order.
Even the delivery time took well over an hour i began forgetting i had even ordered.
Will never order from this place again, definitely put off, and not just by the place, but by the food as well, chicken wings don’t seem appealing to me anymore.
The food in this place is hazardous to health.
People find somewhere else, Caspian is much better and it is open until much later, 4am.
Any other place is better than here, definitely the worst food served in Norwich.

Worst kebab I've ever eaten. Food showed up early which I was very surprised and happy with, but now I know why.. the kebab meat was old, rubbery and cold. The spring roll I didn't even dare bite into as it looked like a grey, floppy, depressed, chopped off p***s. Last tenner I had completely wasted on food I couldn't bear to eat. Terrible stuff, will never order there again

Absolutely horrid! Cheesy chips were cold and cheese congealed. Battered sausage was hot but batter was bright yellow and spongey, not crispy as it should be and tasted off. Threw most of it in bin.

Amazing food, I am super fussy when it comes to just eat orders. Chips were tasty so much flavour in the salad. Pizza and chicken wings were spot on. Good value for money will be ordering again

I’m giving three stars because of the customer service! We ordered two 12 inch pizzas and a 9 inch pepperoni, the food was delivered on time however the pizzas were completely wrong, e.g. sausage as a topping compared to pepperoni, thin crust instead of deep pan. HOWEVER, after I called the restaurant and told them that the food they had delivered was incorrect they quickly remade the pizzas and delivered the correct food in a decent amount of time. Although the food was a little dry it was still enjoyable and the customer service was great, there were no questions asked and there were no hesitations to replace our initial delivery.

Have been here many times before. Often with just a portion of chips to have in the nearby Sewell Park, I decided this time to add a jumbo sausage and a can of drink, which went down well.

I generally go for the battered sausage and chips at Mega Munch, and have found it decent value for money.

Service is friendly and there is some outdoor seating if you want to eat your meal on the spot. Or alternatively, Sewell Park lies nearby.
