Excellent food and arrived very quickly and very hot (even though we live a fair distance away from the restaurant ). Really liked the Italian style pizza it was delicious , and the chips were nice too . The dips (particularly the garlic mayo ) were very tasty and it’s so good to get dips that are homemade! The medium size kebab is very big portion and very fresh salad and meat . Will certainly be ordering from here again ! So pleased to find a good takeaway!

The beef burgers here are amazing and delicious, which also come with a variety of different sauces and fresh salads! There may be times that the shop can be very busy, however the food is always excellent and the staff is always friendly and professional.

The pizzas are built in bases that could have been bought in Tesco, and the deep dish is absolutely NOT deep dish. The garlic pizza bread is, again, Tesco value quality and nothing more (though 6 times more expensive). They forgot to add an extra topping I had paid for, but everyone forgets.
The cookies, however were... also terrible. They tasted like sweet milk and crunched where the sugar was not cooked or dissolved!
The potato wedges were the only saving grace, largely because they're f***ing potatoes!
TLDR: Go to Tesco and buy pizzas, it's cheaper and tastes the same.

Pizza is not even close to advertised images of proper stone baked pizza used by the company. Do not buy if you are looking for anything like "Italian style" or even thin base. Ingredients are clearly suffering from freezer burn and are dry and dessicated. Terrible kebab shop pizza.

Food was delivered quickly, piping hot and carefully packaged. We loved the burger, fried chicken and chips - all delicious and Basilco were kind enough to listen to our requirements and made adjustments to our order without any issue. Would definitely recommend and we will be ordering from here again.

Everytime ive ordered from these guys it has always been a top notch meal. Always comes hot and delivered quicker than just eat normally states. One of the best kebabs ive had and ive had alot. I would recommend all day long. My go to take away in Cardiff without a doubt 👍

Shop and people are an absolute joke i ordered food and it took over 2 hours for it to get here and it was stone cold when it got here. Was told theyd re-do the order but they didnt they just said they cancelled it and still havent had my money back either. Dont even deserve a 1 star. What happened to this shop it used to be good but it isnt anymore what an absolute waste of time!
