Pizza Milano Wales

Great pizzas and service. We found this place while visiting from Sussex, England, so totally new to the area.
The location is very hidden away in a residential area and we were dubious at first, but unnecessarily so.
The staff are great as is the food, and we got bonus chips and onion rings thrown in.

Pizza was cooked and prepared perfectly, just the right amount of toppings and the base was perfect, not overcooked, not soggy and there wasn't an over the top drizzle of oil leaking from it. Tastes fresh and well prepared, unlike a certain large chain nearby.

Prices are really good too, £11 gets you a drink, a stuffed crust pizza and a generous portion of fries.

The menu is pretty large so you can always try something new rather than getting your usual. Catering from pizza to burgers to Calzones and wraps.

This place has been on my doorstep for years and I finally gave it a go. Better than the popular chains.

Correct order, arrived within the stated hour and very hot. Nice tasty food too and a really friendly delivery driver! What more could you ask for? Will use again, thanks!

Used again and was told my order would be an hour to hour and a quarter. No problem it's a busy Friday night. However rang up after an hour and a half to enquire where it was to be told it was just about to be cooked. So already 15 mins late and not even cooked yet. Had I not have already paid over the phone I probably would have cancelled.
Turned up an hour late. Pizza was however hot and tasty. Very mixed experience with these hence the drop in number of stars. Doubt I will use again on a busy evening if at all.

Shocking service for a loyal, repeat customer! Order was not received, no interest from staff in putting things right and no apology or explanation as to why. Life's simply too short... save yourself the hassle and go with Domino's... times they are a changin' at Pizza Milano and definitely, NOT for the better!

Ordered twice within the last few weeks. First time we ordered our cheesy chips came without cheese. When calling them they answered ‘what do you want me to do about that’..with a disgusting attitude. The second time our order hadn’t arrived for over an hour so we called and they couldn’t give a time when the order would arrive due to the driver not realising how far away the previous order was. Awful customer service and be prepared to wait 2 or more hours for cold food.

Placed an order at 8.15pm, rang at 9.20pm to check the driver wasn’t lost. I was told it would be another hour because they had got busy, but I could hear the conversation in the background that they had forgotten about the order. I said that 10.20pm would be too late as I had an early start at work the next day & was just told ‘what do you want me to do about it’ and that I would have to wait for a phone call the next day to refund the order. I would have appreciated them being honest with me over the phone that they had forgotten the order & to try to prioritise it. I don’t think they were trying to be rude or difficult, but it could just have been handled differently.

Specifically asked for sauce to be on the side as i got it for my friend as i am allergic. They put the sauce on the burger therefore i couldn't eat it and wasted it and my money. When i rang up about it they said it wasn't their fault and were practically blaming me. Very rude staff , only good thing was the quick delivery.

My husband always orders from here at least once a week always used to be nice. However this last year has been shocking. Food hasn't been the best sometimes cold and always some wrong or forgotten, also later then they say they would be. Ordered tonite again and was told would be an hour. Over an Hour later I rang was told it had just been cooked and they were waiting for their driver. 20 mins later still nothing knowing the fact my food had been waiting 20 mins I rang and cancelled. No offer of discount after all the years of loyalty of using them. Very disappointing won't be returning again. They have lost a loyal weekly customer.
