So I order from amigos pizza @abercynon on a regular basis, once a week normally. I'm not one to ever complain and always give benefit of the doubt as iv not had any issues from there before, but I'm sorry, their attitude and behaviour has been absolutely disgusting tonight. 1 hour and 30mins I phone to check roughly how long for delivery. I was told they were very busy and it had just left the shop, I said OK no problem I understand, thank you.
2 hours after order u phone back after still not receiving our order, and I explained that by this point both my son and my Mrs had fallen asleep and their food wouldn't get eaten so would the manager do something for me please.. The girl asks the manager Nd I could hear him getting angry and yelling, the girl in all fairness felt terrible, but I was basically told by him, no problem I will phone the delivery driver and tell him not to. Give you the food and bring it back to shop.
I explained I still wanted my meal and I was shocked at his approach to the situation but OK that would have to be OK.
5 mins later they phone me, explaining they had told the delivery to not delivery our food, so I asked to speak to the owner himself, who then came in the phone very aggressive, wouldn't let me speak, rambling on about how busy they are he is over whelmed he can't run the shop, too many deliveries tonight so it is fine he cancel my order. I said I can't believe your attitude towards me, it isn't my fault its late, he said no problem you keep me on phone 10 mins I have other customers you get someone else to have for food. And hung up.
Absolutely disgusting attitude.
Sorry had to post this because if that's how they treat a regular customer, their shocking!

Just had a delivery & we Order from here regularly but won't be again. Only gave 1 star as couldn't give 0. Pizza was burnt, kebab undercooked, popcorn chicken all batter hardly any chicken & my burger was inedible because they put the salad at the bottom of the bun under the burgers so bottom of bun was soaken through. Now have to reorder elsewhere....dont waste your money!!!

Ordered a chicken wrap and half pounder and fries last night. I was told about 30-45 mins for delivery. It turned up after 2 hours of waiting stone cold and squashed. My wrap was actually pitta bread which I hate. It all went in the bin. Adios Amigos!

Waited over an hour for a cold delivery.. She told us £18 and the delivery man said £23. Give this place a swerve. We usually always order from here with. No issues but I think new staff are a problem the delivery guy must of thought my girlfriend was on her own the rude way he spoke to her plus he looks like a cerial killer 😂 he had a shock when I went to the door and give him his food back if he wasn't so old he would of been helped down then steps

gets food wrong and cold i ring up to get abuse down phone i then go down to sort it out and he starts swearing and threatning he then rang the police because i wanted either a refund or the order i placed no refund no food corrected

Regular customer here, food is always reliable and delivered very quickly to Abercynon.

Excellent customer service and an excellent bit of food. Watched them refuse to serve a customer till they wore a mask which is always a positive.
Edit: popped in a few months after this and it's still the same excellent service and food
