I wouldn't ever wish to be without Jayne's online yoga classes! As a regular attendee, I can highly recommend. Jayne has a warm and friendly manner, and is very approachable. The classes flow very well, and she always takes time to explain things clearly. She's always happy to explain in more detail if required. Although the classes are online it's a very friendly atmosphere, and feels like a little community despite the distance. I've also participated in Jayne's 8 week course in mindful meditation, which was excellent. It gave me the skills to continue with a regular daily meditation practice, which I have found invaluable in an otherwise busy day.

I have been attending Jayne's sessions across the past few years. In that time she has introduced me to yoga, meditation, om chanting, and a wonderful community of likeminded people. I've thoroughly enjoyed every session I've been to - whether online or in person, meditation or yoga. Thank you Jayne for always providing a welcoming, safe place with wonderful people. 🙏🏻

I was recommended to Jayne and the Mindfulofbeing centre by a friend who has been attending for some time. Jayne's sessions, combining Somatic yoga , which she adapts to the individual, meditation and relaxation really calm my mind
and I always leave feeling uplifted. Jayne herself is supportive and reassuring throughout. I highly recommend this centre for gaining a little bit of ' me time' back into your life to improve your wellbeing.

I have been going to yoga and meditation at the centre for a few years now, the room is so relaxing and Jayne takes us gently through the yoga moves.
The meditation takes you to another level deep inside yourself, very therapeutic and restorative, would highly recommend attending any of these sessions.
