I am greatly disturbed that your organisation from your Christchurch branch is sending hand written letters from Mrs S Clayton to vulnerable residents, many of whom with dementia or have reached an age of great difficulty and do not have the capacity to prevent themselves from being exploited. Please desist from intrusion of people's. lives in this way. I am prepared to contact the police and Bournemouth council about this matter.
