Hintons Nursery

Picked up a superb specimen of Pseudowintera Red Leopard. Nicely shaped and an usual shrub, propagated and grown on at the nursery. Sarah is very knowledgeable and can recommend plants for your garden. This is the place to pick up some rather special plants, veg from the walled garden, and other items. Just ask..I managed to get items I had been unable to get elsewhere, sometimes it has to be put on order, but it is worth waiting for.

Great selection of plants, which were in a much happier state than a chain retail outlet which we'd previously visited.

A real gem, a proper old school nursery , none commercial and with wonderful knowledgeable staff.
Met Sarah today and her beautiful nursery, best I have every been to. Brought some plants which we love and will definitely be going back.
There is also the original guys cliff walled market garden here which is a real inspiration.
In a world of mass commercialism this place is a real antidote. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, worth travelling to.

Really enjoyed a visit to Hintons with my friend. Sarah was very welcoming and helpful and it was lovely finding bits and bobs for my Christmas decorations. The prices were great and the hospitality absolutely lovely.

Beautiful selection of plants at Hintons Nursery on the outskirts of Warwick.
There are many bedding plants to choose from at half price at present (21st June) and a great selection of shrubs and trees too. All these are are very fairly priced. This nursery is well laid out, plenty of space between each of the stands containing the plants. An interesting feature at the bottom of the nursery is a walled garden associated with Guys Cliffe manor house. All in all Hintons is well worth a look.
By the way, a must-mention is the close proximity of The Saxon Mill public house where you can get good food and drink, on a good day sitting outside just next to a picturesque lake fed by the River Avon.
Yes . . . this pub was a water-mill in Saxon times. Plenty to see and do in this small corner of the middle shire of England.

Wonderful not for profit nursery with a wide range of beautiful healthy plants. very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We found this place after moving here a few weeeks ago and intend to buy as much of our gardening and plant needs from them as we can.

Very friendly, very helpful, and as knowledgeable as can be about things horticultural. Always worth dropping in, you never know what little gem you may find!

Such a nice place plants are so cheap and go to charity the money, nicest garden centre I have ever been to . Staff are lovely too 👍🤓
