Dr. Tukmachi is the best. I have been visiting his surgery not the first time, and always had fantastic results, the doctor was always incredibly helpful and honest.
I came for a procedure with Katarzyna and she and the other staff Nadine were professional and welcoming and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxing.
I highly recommend Dermadoc.

The staff at Dermadoc are very professional. Dr. Tukmachi is an outstanding specialist who puts you at ease, explains everything thoroughly, and listens to your needs; the results are fantastic! Even though it was our first encounter, I felt as if I had known him for years.

There is def a change in product used as my usual treatment are not getting results. I’ve been getting the same treatment from him for the last 7 years always had similar experiences the days after and final results but the 2 years have been disappointing.
Due to over booking, you get rushed in/out unable to discuss or address issues or questions you might have, which is essential when dealing with these types of treatments. I’ll be moving on to someone else from now on
Having said all that the receptionist at the Hammersmith clinic are super professional and delightful.

A truly excellent facial. It was my first time and definitely not the last. Do yourself a favor a book yourself in for a treat. All their treatments are done by knowledgeable therapists who care about you and the experience.

Fantastic clinic, Carmen is an amazing technician, always smiling and kind. Very professional and great at her job too. I’ve got very good results with laser treatments done at this clinic.

Edyta always provides a great experience will plenty of advice. I have just finished a set of 6 treatments and have seen great results completely removing my cystic acne, from the treatments and from the image products recommended by the dermatologists. Will be back for another course soon!
