A nice sunny place to go for a walk. Also a good place to walk your dog if you keep them on a lead.

Beautiful place to go for a walk with the dog / family / ferret (if your into that). Slow down and take you time and you can often spot lots of local wildlife including kingfishers, heron and water vols.

Live very near to the common and frequently walk or sit along there on an almost daily basis and was a great place to go during the plandemic I spent many a happy hours on or around the common with a picnic and some ciders whilst my job was closed down a couple of times the police did try to move me and said I'd been out too long and picnics weren't permitted I just move further away till they passed and on a couple of occasion found a really big willow tree along by the canal where I could hide from them as living alone in a flat I couldn't be stuck indoors 24/7 and frequently went out again late at night to watch the foxes play and feed them I'd make them a leftovers kind of cake with veg ,meat fruit ect

Excellent wildlife restoration area. Plenty of fish in a clear, chalk stream. Grey wagtails, heron, little egrets etc

Great place for weekend walk and great cafe on the way at fisheries lock . Further up lovely pubs centuries old.

It's a lovely place to go for some peace or with family and friends or to walk a dog most of the people you'll meet are friendly and there's plenty of space.
