Great open space with several football pitches with goal posts for a budding goal keeper to use or run around with kids. Nice walk next to river to get to there with exercise machines along the way if you haven't run of enough energy playing football...

Not enough field space to exercise dogs due to an unacceptable surplus of football pitches which have sprouted like weeds in recent years contrary to the original intent of the development corporation planners.

Rather a large number of football/rugby pitches deeming that the area is not suitable for much of the population at the weekend in particular although the river walk is fine!
