Lovely to look at wild life. Shame about the many dog owners that leave their dogs off leash even though bylaw is they should be leashed. Shame that people still feed ducks etc with bread not healthy for them by some bird seed or nuts bread also attracts the rats more and shame the pond is returning to the dirty state it was before lock down where you can no longer see the fish

Nice for a short walk that's not too strenuous. Lovely and peaceful plenty of shade surrounding the lake. Saw a young swan and a few terrapins sitting on a log unfortunately one slid off just as I took the photo.It's a hidden gem in Porthcawl.

Lovely peaceful walk when you want to escape the summer hustle and bustle of Porthcawl, the lake is surrounded by trees so makes it nice and cool on very hot days. We took some bird seeds to feed the ducks and scooters to ride on the path around the lake, we also spotted a duck with its ducklings at the side of the lake... they loved it!

What a little Gem ... Never been before because I was not aware that it was there.. Lovely walk.. Lots to see and so peaceful Definitely going again ... And with a picnic 😍
