I’m so pleased with the service that I’ve been provided with.
My overflow pipe was dripping!
With short notice they managed to book me in and arrived on time.
A friendly and very knowledgeable plumber diagnosed the problem instantly and replaced the part there and then!
I’m a very happy customer :) the total cost also a great price for the work he had completed.
Overall excellent, fast, friendly and efficient service!
I would 100% recommend :)

Having never used a plumber in this area before, I wanted to find a reputable company,. I knew I had found them from the off. Allison couldn't have been more helpful from my initial contact - great customer service and communications. The work was actually carried out earlier than advised and the plumber himself was quick, professional, friendly and took all precautions appropriate for the current COVID situation. Any negative reviews here don't reflect my experience at all and I can only say that I would use the company again in the future. Totally recommend anyone needing a plumber to look no further than Hinckley Plumbing.

From the initial contact requesting a quotation right through to the completed job this company has been so professional. Both jobs, a gas fire service and a replacement shower installation, were carried out in the most professional way. I was completely bowled over by the shower replacement which had involved removing wall tiles and re-tiling. The admin staff have been both efficient and speedy in their responses. A job well done! Thank you.

Our boiler had broken down amidst the current virus crisis. Within a day of contacting Hinckley Plumbing my boiler was fixed. From the point of contact through to the engineer visiting our home was a stress free and professional service. Very friendly and honest people which I appreciate. It's worth noting that the engineer took protective measures regarding the virus situation so we felt at ease straight away. 5 stars, highly recommended.

Total boiler replacement from a back boiler) This is the first time I have used this company, I am very happy with the level of service from everyone that I dealt with.
The plumber was exceptional and I can honestly say I have never seen anyone work so hard, he must have worn his shoes out 😬 he was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Electrics seemed to have gone in my boiler and a family member highly recommended Hinckley Plumbing & Heating saying how quick and efficient they were and he was right!
The engineer came and was working for about 10 minutes, all he had to do was replace the main fuse. So after nearly a week of no hot water I was so grateful.
I'd give more stars if I could!

We instructed Hinckley Plumbing and Heating to install a new boiler and hot water cylinder. We chose them based on their reputation and competitive quote. From there things did not go well.

1. An initial survey was promised but never conducted.

2. When the day of the installation came, delays were caused due to the tradesman having to borrow all of his tools as his had been stolen.

3. Due to the above the installation took far longer than was promised.

4. Remedial works to remove the old system have not been completed (so far).

5. Despite, opting for a high spec pressurised system, we still do not have functioning heating from a number of our radiators. The system makes weird grinding noises every time we turn on a hot tap.

6. The system was supposed to be more efficient from a heating and costs point of view. Our bills are higher and the house is colder.

7. In addition, we noticed a significant drop in pressure when two of more hot taps are engaged. This should not happen with a pressurised system.

8. We’ve spent a considerable amount of time cleaning up the mess they’ve left after the installation.

9. We’ve been promised that the issues would be resolved. So far they haven’t.

My advice would be to use them only as a matter of last resort. Quality and service are both very poor.

Disgusted how much they charged, they went over by 7 minutes and charged me another 35 pounds. Only upside is the man fixed the minor issue, just be prepared as soon as the hour ticks over your charged. I'd much rather use a smaller business that won't rip you off.
