I’m so pleased with the service that I’ve been provided with.
My overflow pipe was dripping!
With short notice they managed to book me in and arrived on time.
A friendly and very knowledgeable plumber diagnosed the problem instantly and replaced the part there and then!
I’m a very happy customer :) the total cost also a great price for the work he had completed.
Overall excellent, fast, friendly and efficient service!

The plumber was exceptional and I can honestly say I have never seen anyone work so hard, he must have worn his shoes out 😬 he was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.
The engineer came and was working for about 10 minutes, all he had to do was replace the main fuse. So after nearly a week of no hot water I was so grateful.
I'd give more stars if I could!
1. An initial survey was promised but never conducted.
2. When the day of the installation came, delays were caused due to the tradesman having to borrow all of his tools as his had been stolen.
3. Due to the above the installation took far longer than was promised.
4. Remedial works to remove the old system have not been completed (so far).
5. Despite, opting for a high spec pressurised system, we still do not have functioning heating from a number of our radiators. The system makes weird grinding noises every time we turn on a hot tap.
6. The system was supposed to be more efficient from a heating and costs point of view. Our bills are higher and the house is colder.
7. In addition, we noticed a significant drop in pressure when two of more hot taps are engaged. This should not happen with a pressurised system.
8. We’ve spent a considerable amount of time cleaning up the mess they’ve left after the installation.
9. We’ve been promised that the issues would be resolved. So far they haven’t.
My advice would be to use them only as a matter of last resort. Quality and service are both very poor.
