Absolutely fantastic service as I have come to expect from Ford and Sons. Arrived home from work to a freezing house and but luckily Ford & Son came within a few minutes of contacting as had been at job nearby. Boiler swiftly back up and running. Great local service.

Friendly, professional advice. Responded quickly and visited. Took time to explain options and exerted no pressure. Good price and booked job in very quickly. Completed job in the day and returned in the evening to explain how to use the boiler. Excellent service. Would highly recommend!

I rang on Monday morning regarding our boiler not working & Ford & Son we’re great and very accommodating, I work in Stockport & my partner works at Blackburn hospital so getting home early was difficult, but this wasn’t a problem they came out at 6:30pm that evening and got the boiler working & gave us some good advice. Boiler still okay at the moment 🤞but we will definitely contact them again if we have any further issues. Thank you so much 😊

Fantastic lads who complete all our plumbing jobs to a very high standard. These days it's extremely hard to find good trades people, like Ford and son.

Stephen and Luke are very knowledgeable, fast, reliable and effective, but here's the thing. I agreed a price for the job but when they collected the part it was LESS than they'd been quoted.
They passed on the saving to ME.
And it was a big amount!
I have never had a tradesman DROP the agreed price!

Had my boiler replaced last year by Ford and Son, just had its first service today.
The guys did an excellent job of the installation even took the old boiler away.
For the service they allowed me to book a time and date convenient for me. On both occasions, (installation and service) they were very punctual and reliable which is important to me as my days can sometimes be a bit regimented.
Great service, great price. The guys strike me as being totally honest and straight down the line.
