Absolute joke of a man. They couldn't fix our boiler (not their fault) so had to get the manufacturer to fix it. When I contacted to ask if he could issue the gas safety certificate, he asked if my house was clean, because it was "Really really dirty" - we are talking unwashed dishes in the sink (kinda difficult to wash with no hot water) and toys etc - kind happens when you have kids. Insulting, horrible excuse for a human
