Williams Plumbing

My uncle requested a quote from Mr Williams, which he happily came and did, which I had to organise on behalf of my uncle for a new bathroom, when my grandma passed away.

After the quote was accepted, I messaged
and phoned me Williams several times, who said the waiting list would be about four months. Which we was happy to wait due to him being so nice to my grandma over the years and we wanted him to do this work, over anyone else, and if this went well, we would have various other properties he could do some work on.

After September, I still hadn't heard from him, after several more messages and phone calls, I wasn't able to get a response from him. It was like he was purposely ignoring our messages and phone calls. It's now November, and after no communication, we have decided to drop me Williams from the contract. Extremely poor communication and he has let us down after waiting so long for the work to start.

I wouldnt recommend Mr Williams to anyone and he certainly won't be getting any further work from us.

Great service, just had a new boiler fitted. All my family have been having their boilers serviced for years and always a good job.
