I rang Diamond Heating Services and left a message, thinking I’d be lucky to get a reply the same day. An hour later Luke Tyler rang and arranged a visit that lunchtime to assess the boiler replacement job. By the afternoon I had received a quote, which I accepted.
That was Tuesday. It is now Friday and the job is finished. This is exceptional when it can take months to get a tradesman to even start a job in Settle.
The work included removal of the old boiler and installation of the new one, cleaning and flushing of the radiator system and filling with corrosion inhibitor.
Great effort was made to prevent damage to carpets and furniture.
We are very happy with Luke’s work. Diamond Heating Services is highly recommended.
