Fantastic service!! I had a leak which needed attention straight away, called Nigel due to the good reviews on Google and he arrived within the hour on a Sunday. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be repaired there and then due to being a unusual pipe system but he arrived promptly the next morning to sort it. Pricing was extremely reasonable, will definitely be calling him again.

Called out today (Sunday 27.11.22) for an emergency leak with bathroom. Came within the hour as promised. Found the fault and fixed the issue with no problems. Helped a stranded single mum get her water back on. Will def recommend and I will be saving his number for future issues. Pricing was spot on as well.

Didn't turn up on the first agreed date so had to chase up. Then came the second time and left within 5 minutes as he didn't have the tools for a boiler service somehow. Came back a 3rd time and did a boiler service but left a messy job and the boiler pressure is now at number 3. We had an old cannon in our garden which he was interested in so he was going to sort out a couple of minor jobs (insulate a pipe outside, change a valve on a radiator). Was due to come back to sort these out the following day but I stupidly gave him the cannon and he hasn't been back. Rang today to see if he's coming back and he hung up the phone on me. Very rude and unprofessional person. Avoid.

Nigel fixed a leak in our kitchen today. Absolutely brilliant service and didn’t overcharge at all. Brilliant. Would 100% recommend.

Nigel came out within one hour to see to my leaking bath, highly recommend, didn't charge me for sorting the leak, will be having Nigel back in the new year to do bits of jobs for me, gave great advice too

Very professional, excellent service. Had a boiler service and central heating flush. Nigel was very polite and didn't leave until he had put everything back and left everything tidy . Excellent prices and would definitely recommend . I will definitely be calling him again for any heating or plumbing jobs. Top job !

Nigel couldn’t have come to the rescue more when I put a tack through my heating pipe. He came as quickly as he could despite it being late one evening. He was friendly, professional, really reasonably priced and made regular contact to arrange coming back to continue the repair. Always made an effort to tidy too. Absolutely recommend!

We had a leaking radiator pipe due to to mishap when decorating. We were due to have a new carpet fitted same day. Nigel came our straight away after being let down by 24 hour plumber, he said he’d get it sorted before carpet guys were due, which he did with an hour to spare. Will use again great job professional friendly reasonable price. Thanks Helen
