Prompt response when booking my boiler service. Turned up when promised which can be rare with plumbers! Did a thorough job and was very professional. I will definitely use BNS again for any future plumbing work and I highly recommend them.

Ben has done work in a few of our houses, his work is always top rate and fantastically tidy. His advice on boiler choice and radiators in our current house has made us cost savings of around £450 a year on our bills, the whole house is warm and there's wonderful hot water pressure. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

Been using Ben for 20 years.He has had quite a variety of technical challenges with my old house on a private water supply but he always knows the proper way to sort it .Not a guy to cut corners,gets there quick when emergencies crop up and he has even fixed some faults that he has come across that weren’t really plumbing .Technical, practical,efficient and trustworthy .
