Needed a plumber quite urgently for a leaking tap. Richard told me he would be 1.5 hours when I rang and arrived on time. he quickly got the job done and left me in full confidence. I definitely recommend him and will use the services again in the future.

I had a leak in my kitchen and a problem with some pipework. We have an old house and old plumbing but it didn't phase Bob. They were able to come out in a couple of hours and kept me updated with calls and texts on accurate ETAs which was useful. Fantastic work and really helpful team. It was a great price and and honestly quoted which I appreciated. I've recommended them to other family friends living in the area and will be using them again when we need more work done.

Excellent initially, a nightmare if problems arise. the DW guy reacts with stress and lack of quick effective solutions. Customer or team member to blame. Might be good for quick jobs. To avoid for more complex: bad time management (often other works), no supervision of workers, lack of work preparation. Finally charged me for his mistakes and overreacted when I've asked for splitting the additional charges to check. I've been overwhelmed by messages and calls, then finally charged of everything when DW issued a reviewed invoice. What to say there are those who live for quality and other for quantity. However, the plumber engineer that works for DW is fine and works well (additional star or it was 1 only)

Made a wonderfull job of the bathroom! Fitted a walk in shower, toilet and basin and laid a new floor too. Very competitive prices as well. Left our home clean and tidy every day, was a pleasure to have him here. So good we've booked him for another jib early next year!!!

We had a faulty toilet and the need to connect a spigot to a hard to reach pipe under our sink. Both jobs were handled with professionalism and friendliness. Great service all round!

Finest quality work, got my heating back up and running before I turned in to Olaf. Checked everything, found the fault and fixed it, great job guys. Keep up the good work, it much appreciated.

My cold water tank ball valve had failed and was causing it to overflow, I called Richard from DW plumbing he came out quickly and sorted out my issue and was very polite and knowledgeable,
