Called these people on the off chance. The guy came today.

Could not replace the tap as he said we needed a carpenter when this wasn't previously needed.

Then went to the kitchen and was meant to service the boiler.
I said if he can't do it to leave it as I had to go out and left him with my mother.

The photos are attached. He dropped the kitchen door damaging it and the screws are missing and the bottom of the boiler is also missing so we now have to call someone else as an emgergency. My elderly mother is very upset. You should not send people who cannot do the job.

I did say to leave it if he felt he could not do it. We are not paying you considering he didn't do anything and actually left the boiler in a worst condition than it was in before.

Don't do something if you don't feel confident. I did tell him to leave it and I will call someone else. I now have to ask someone else to rectify it as it could be dangerous now. We cannot find the screws and there were screws there. The boiler has also been serviced before with no problems. Not happy. You have left an elderly lady in tears. Don't recommend you Sorry !

Came out and friendly, efficiency to the highest order. Made a fine jobs of repair and had out kitchen tap and plumbing piping replaced. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service - immediate booking of an appointment to resolve the gas supply issue to our cooker on our 52’ motor cruiser moored in Dover Marina. Problem fixed within 3 hours and further plumbing work identified to be resolved successfully the next day.

Boiler Service - 16th of August 2022
We would like to express our complete dissatisfaction with the services from the company.
Before the service was carried out on Tuesday 16th of August, we had a fully operational boiler, regardless of the possible problems it might have.
After the service was completed, more specifically on Tuesday night, the boiler stopped working completely, having a blinking red light indicating a serious problem and no operation.
The following morning, we reported the problem to the company we got a reply like 'it is possible for a boiler to break down after a service'.
After some persuasion it was agreed for someone to come and have a look later on Wednesday afternoon, somebody did call in but couldn't do anything.
I am sorry but usually after you service a boiler or anything, a car, a computer, a phone, or whatever it usually works better, it shouldn't stop working.
After this boiler service I had to either call someone else to have a look, (pay for service for a second time) or order a new boiler and bear the cost of that.
We decided on the latter option and saved all the hassle with parts, repairs, delays, new failures etc. The quote for new parts came late on that Friday 19th without knowing when the boiler would be ready and how many days we would be left without a boiler.
In conclusion, after the service from Baldwin and Salter I was left without hot water and no central heating (thank god it was summer) for at least 10 days until we had the new boiler installed.

Was informed after an engineer come out that it was a serious fault of my own food blockage, after receiving the most insulting invoice. I had to pay £90 for someone to take my ubend off (which I explained I already done).

Was put forward for a specialist to unclog the drain. After days of waiting the guy come who was very honest and said it was no fault of my own and no food blockage !!!

Wonder how many people your charging for 5 mins work.

Be expecting an lengthy email very soon.
