Never ever use this company ever☹️☹️☹️.

Had a leak in the wash basin/sink pop up waste trap. Got charged a called out fee of £168(Inc VAT). Replaced it and still had the leak and got charged another £222.00 (Inc VAT) Literally a 15 minute job. Next day my tenant calls and says it now leaking even more than before. Called again and to be fair the lady whom works for company was polite and sent out and engineer and he did apologise and tightened something and then the leak was still there, and in total I’ve paid £390.00 and was fuming and called out another plumber whom replaced and fixed this for a 1/4 of that price.

Will never ever use this company ever again. Such a joke.

Do NOT use this company unless you want to get totally ripped off.

Starting with the positives, they came within an hour and a half and the man who did the job was very friendly and professional. However, being quoted £140 plus VAT for a simple pipe fix with possible additional costs for parts etc. I was then called to say it was going to be an additional £30 for him to cut a small hole in the plaster board wall to get to the pipe… something I could have done myself in 2 minutes. We then had back and forth having to sign contracts etc which took 30-45 minutes as the contract was cancelled and mistakes made from the office.

The job in the end, took 15 minutes to fix and the end bill was £438!! To fix a very small section of water pipe! Horrified. We were in a desperate situation with family staying so needed the job to be done there and then which they evidently take advantage of and charge whatever they like knowing they can. I should have read the other reviews on here saying a similar thing and taken time to find a local independent plumber. Never again!

I have used PM247 service for the pipe leakage and the service was very good and the engineer was professional and polite and he finished the work very neatly. And the staff updated me each time, when needed with appropriate information through emails and phone calls. Overall the service was excellent.

They were prompt and efficient. Rang when engineer was on his way, he checked the work and they quoted. Once agreed the work was carried out with no problems. I was pleased with the whole transaction.

Booked for a simple shower pump change which we were quoted the right amount for. However, they have damaged my thermostat on shower and claiming it was broken. It wasn’t. I have been using it lightly and there has never been a problem. Their engineer took it apart and now it won’t rotate like it should and they claim it is broken. This is a brand new installed shower. Now they are quoting over more than £600 to replace a shower that they broke! Even if it was broken to replace doesn’t cost that much. Avoid at all costs. I wish I had just stuck with British Gas and waited until their plumbers were available.

Had a simple issue that needed fixing and paid quite a high price for this service, only for the issue to return less than a week later. Company had to come and fix it again, free of charge, due to their error in not fixing the problem straight away.
Appalling and unprofessional customer service. Management shouted at me over the phone when I mentioned I am heavily pregnant and have missed a midwife appointment, due to their plumber not coming within the quoted time. Left me very upset and feeling disrespected. Will not be using this service again.

Brilliant service! Moved into a new flat and had no water whatsoever. Could not locate the issue myself. After then being let down by a plumber called PM247. Very freindly call staff picked up the phone straight away, understood the issue, quoted the price and booked a plumber out within 2 hours. The plumber showed up on time, again freindly and also knew what he was doing. Managed to find and sort the issue within 15 minutes, then stayed to make sure the water was flowing properly throughout the property. Was then contacted by phone again for payment and payment invoice was issued immediately. Start to finish 3 hours so i cannot fault it and would definitely be my first choice in the future

Had a burst pipe upstairs so needed a plumber urgently. Although the plumber arrived quickly they wanted to charge me £695. Absolute joke of a price and have no idea where they get the numbers from. Avoid this company at all costs, absolute rip off merchants.
