We are so happy to have found Simon. He came out on a Saturday and subsequently on a Monday evening and diagnosed the issue with our boiler which other engineers had failed to do. He saved us hundreds by advising us to arrange a manufacturers repair because their flat rate fee would be more economical. He did all of this free of charge!

He's a really nice guy who explained the problem so that even I could understand.

Atag boiler installed by Simon. From the initial quote through to the installation Simon was brilliant and extremely good value for money. His knowledge of boilers was second to none. The boiler itself is brilliant and the work carried out was of a really high standard. Simon was Tidy and considerate during the installation and I will definitely be using him for the boiler servicing.

Fantastic service, Simon is freindly, professional and responsive and always fixes the problem. He's very 'can do' and goes the extra mile -coming to fix a leak for us on Christmas Eve! Would highly reccomend.

Simon came to us recommended and he was totally professional in every aspect,arrived to view on time ,arrived to fit on day on time etc that in itself was a joy ,he put in a new boiler for us ,minimum disruption ,up and running on the day ,he came back yesterday to finish off and furnished me with all the certification ,such an easy journey with Simon ,excellent service !
