Great job completed by Aquarius. We are delighted with our new bathroom. The work has been completed to a high standard and project managed really well to maintain pace throughout the job. Completed with professionalism and by a well skilled team. I would recommend this business, for work and customer service.

Really good reliable company. The owners are also the guys who do the work and excellent work too. They deal with the whole project including electrics and plastering. Always turn up on time and complete the job.

Have been let down twice now by this company, initially with a last minute same day cancellation when I'd taken time off work, and then by being promised a slot the following week and then being told there's nothing for another 2 weeks assas they've given the slots to new bookings. Being heavily pregnant I did not need to be messed around in this manner - totally unprofessional.

Appalling service, from faulty shower screens to messy work, work completed very poor standard. Aggressive manner when complaint put in. Would defiantly avoid this company. No I did not pay as part was forcibly removed by the aggressive man which therefore not fit for purpose. 'I' took Aquarius to small claims court and was happy with outcome, they didn't get paid and I have had the screen removed and replaced and all damage they caused rectified.
Had photos to prove faulty from day one, plus so no matter how they respond here with their dishonest account of the matter the public need to be aware that business is very unprofessional and aggressive. If possible it was not get any stars.

A whole new ensuite has been installed to our complete satisfaction. The design was a bit 'different' and Aquarius went above and beyond in helping us achieve the look we wanted - including installing a stone basin into an upcycled marble washstand. The work was to a high quality and prompt, and we would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again

Some adverts say a bath out and shower in can be done in a day. This Company took a little longer but the finished installation is superb and well worth waiting for. Thanks Aquarius for all the hard work from your team
