These guys were so incredibly helpful after we had burst pipe. Two young guys (one called Simon) were efficient, friendly & very helpful. Customer care was delivered perfect & I was kept in the know the whole time. Much appreciated.

Not entirely sure they know what we doing and would’ve preferred they came round, said not sure what the problem was rather than making something up and charging £96 for the privilege.
A second opinion and we finally know where the leak is coming from and can get it sorted.
Wouldn’t recommend Neptune unfortunately.

Had a pipe split,called and had a guy out within the hour, quality friendly and reasonable prices,will definitely use again
