On the 31st December, yes 31st December, George and Darren spent the whole day changing the broken boiler at my place. The boiler broke on the 28th and in only three days (considering bank holiday and the period of the year), they managed to get a brand new boiler and changed it. Their work was impeccable! They were extremely professional and knowledgable about what they were doing. They have not only changed the boiler but all the pipe installation... the pipes were not the appropriate ones for what the regulation requested so they even made sure that my safety was being contemplated on their work. On top of that, they investigated and fixed a leak in the kitchen sink. In summary: their work was perfect!

On top of that, in terms of COVID-19, they were very respectful and guidelines compliant. They were wearing face masks at all times and they were very respectful with the spaces and distances.

I will no doubt to recommend them to anyone who would ask for plumbing work: friendly, professional, effective, clean, respectful, knowledgable and funny people! If I could give a 6th or 7th start, I would!!! Thank you very much guys for sorting this out on a 31st December!!!
